About this tool

LordJasp Auto-Poster is a private, owner-operated publishing workflow for the LordJasp YouTube channel. It is not a public account-connection service.

Data accessed and purpose

With the owner’s Google authorization, the workflow may access channel identity, video and playlist information, privacy and publishing status, processing status, and analytics needed to manage the channel. It may also send owner-approved videos, metadata, thumbnails, playlist assignments, and publishing instructions to YouTube. Only permissions and data needed for these functions are used.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are encrypted for the current Windows user. Short-lived access tokens are used in memory for Google requests. Operational records are kept as local files, and finished public media may be handed to the owner’s archive computer over the configured local network. This site never displays authorization tokens or private channel records.

Use and sharing

Google user data is used only to provide and improve the LordJasp publishing workflow. It is not sold or used for advertising. Google receives authorized API requests and owner-approved uploads. When the owner uses OpenAI Codex to assist with the workflow, relevant content or channel records may be processed under the owner’s account settings and applicable terms. Authorized operators may review records for approvals, troubleshooting, and channel management.

Retention and deletion

Local records and archived media remain until the owner removes them; no universal automatic deletion period is currently implemented. Removing local records does not delete YouTube uploads, and deleting a YouTube upload does not automatically remove all local history or backups. Deletion of live YouTube content requires separate owner approval.

Revoking access

The owner can remove the app’s access in Google Account settings. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not erase previously stored local records.

Google API Limited Use

LordJasp Auto-Poster’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used by this application for unrelated purposes or general-purpose model training.

Website and updates

This informational site does not offer a login form or collect YouTube authorization from visitors. This policy will be updated if the application’s data practices change.
